If you are unable to log in to MT4/5, there are several possible causes.
[1] You entered MT4/5 login ID, password, or server name incorrectly.
Please confirm your login ID, password, and server.
MT4 login ID is a 6 or 7-digit number, and MT5 login ID is a 9-digit number beginning with 4000.
You can find your login ID in demo account My Page.
After logging in demo account "My Page" (
https://www.oanda.jp/trade/practice/forwardAccountInfo.do), please check your login ID listed in the "Sub-Account List."
Your password is the one you set when you opened your MT4/MT5 account.
To reset your password, please log in to My Page and go to "Manage Account" > "Change MT4 (or MT5) Password."
After resetting the password, please try to log in again with a new password.
The server information for the demo account is as follows.

[2] Expiration date has passed.
Starting from February 1, 2021, we have set the expiration date of the demo account to 30 days after the demo account opening date.
For this reason, you will not be able to use the demo account after 30 days have passed since opening your demo account.
Customers obtaining their Gold memberships (trade volume of the previous month is 500,000 USD or more) in live accounts can continue to use their demo accounts by making continuous use settings of their demo accounts within 60 days of creating the demo accounts.
If you wish to continue using your demo account, please consider trading at least 500,000 USD per month in your live account.
