There are several possible reasons why you may not be able to log in to MT5.
① There may be an error in the login ID, password, or server name input for MT5.
Please double-check your login ID, password, and server. The MT5 login ID is a 9-digit number that starts with 4000.
You can check your login ID in the demo account's My Page. After logging in to the demo account
"My Page", please confirm the login ID listed in the "Subaccount List."
The password is the one you set when creating the MT5 account. If you need to reset your password, please log in to the My Page and proceed to "Manage Accounts" > "Change MT5 Password" to complete the procedure. After resetting your password, please try logging in with the new password.

② The demo account may have expired.
From February 1, 2021, we have set the demo account usage period to 30 days after account opening. Therefore, you will not be able to log in to the demo account's My Page after 30 days from account opening.
For customers who have a live account and are Gold members (monthly trading volume of USD 500,000 or more), you can continue to use the demo account by setting up continuous use within 60 days after opening the demo account. If you wish to continue using the demo account, please consider trading over USD 500,000 in your live account.
