Please note that You cannot use the external indicators in the app version running on smartphones or tablets.
If you cannot log in to fxTrade app, the possible causes are as follows.
[1] Sub-accounts have not been opened for NY server.
fxTrade is a dedicated trading tool for the NY server.
If you have not opened a sub-account for NY server, you will not be able to log in.
Please add and open a sub-account for NY server from "Sub-Accounts for fxTrade/Trading View" or "Sub-Accounts for MetaTrader4" in the list of sub-accounts in "My Page"
, and try logging in again.
[2] You entered the e-mail address or password incorrectly.
Please log in to fxTrade app using the same registered e-mail address and password as on "My Page".
If you cannot log in, please click on the "Forgot your password?" link at lower part of the login screen
and reset your password.

For iPhone, please tap the pencil mark in the lower right corner of the "Current Rates" screen to display buttons for adding technical indicators, etc.
For Android, please tap the chart mark in the lower part of the "Current Rates" to display a chart.
When you tap the displayed chart, a pencil mark will appear in the lower left corner of the screen, and you can add technical indicators and other items from there.
You can use it by logging in to the OANDA fxTrade app actual account. You cannot use it from a demo account, MT4, or MT5 app.
