If you are unable to log in to "My Page", there are several possible causes.
[1] You are trying to log in with previous ID.
As of the end of January 2022, due to security enhancement measures, we discontinued logging in with IDs and replaced them with logging in with your registered main e-mail address.
You cannot log in with a password and an ID of two alphabetic characters + six digit number.
Please try logging in with your registered main e-mail address.
[2] The e-mail address you entered is incorrect.
You can log in to My Page with your registered main e-mail address and password.
If the e-mail address you entered is incorrect, you cannot log in.
If you do not know your main e-mail address, we will call you to confirm your identity and provide you with confirmation instructions.

[3] The password you entered is incorrect.
If you do not know your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link at lower part of the login screen.
Please reset the settings.
[4] The login screen is locked.
After you fail to log in multiple times, the login screen will be locked.
When it is locked, an e-mail titled "[Important] OANDA Japan, Login alert notification" will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
Please click "Click here" in the e-mail to unlock it.
Or, reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot your password?"
and try to log in again with a new password.
