After logging in to My Page, please click "Confirm/Change Registered Information" in Account Management to confirm or change your registered information.
If changing your registered name, then only written requests are acceptable.
At OANDA, our membership status is determined based on the volume of transactions a customer has made in the previous month.
Depending on the volume of transactions, "Regular," "Silver," or "Gold" status is awarded for one month.
After creating a new account, you will receive a Gold membership that is valid until the end of the following month.
After logging in to My Page, you will find the message,
"Welcome 〇〇! Your status for this month is △△." at the top of the page.
After logging in to My Page, you will be able to see the current trading amount displayed on graph.
Trading volume will be reflected after PM12:00 on the day following the trading day. Please acknowledge that it may take a few days to reflect this information.
The status change date is the first Monday of each month.
If the first Monday of the month is a holiday, the status change will be reflected on the next business day.
